What are the cut off timing for your store?
Our cut off timing is 15 minutes. For example, Mydin Mutiara Rini outlet closes at 10pm, our cut off timing/last order will be at 9.45pm
What kind of product do you serve?
We serve fresh coconut-based beverages and desserts.
Can I order my drinks less sweet?
Yes you can! Simply opt for “Less Sweet” when you are placing your order.
Are there milk in your products?
Most of our products contain dairy. For those customers with dairy allergies, here are our dairy-free options to consider:

Is there egg in your products?
All our products do not contain egg.

Are your products halal?
Our products are not halal certified, however, it does not contain any pork/lard/alcohol.
Are your products pasteurized?
Yes, all our products are pasteurized.
How long can your drink/products be stored?
We advise that all drinks/products are to be consumed within 1-2 hours for the freshest taste upon collection/delivery. To the fullest extent permitted under law, we disclaim all liability and will not be responsible for any losses or consequences arising from the consumption after 2 hours from the time and date of purchase.

Why does your store appear as “Temporarily Closed” on delivery apps?
As currently Grabfood and Foodpanda do not have the feature to control the amount of order for our account, thus we will temporarily pause the orders as per recommended by them, to clear off the existing orders.
But once we have cleared our current orders, we will resume our orders.
Do try again after 15-30 minutes on your delivery app.
Why does Kokonuts not deliver to specific location?
There may be a shortage of drivers due to the peak period at the moment. You can try again at a later time.
